When I said "a drunk driver" I meant "not you".

It is very easy to find drunk drivers and send them hurtling down all sorts of streets in the city. Even more so if you challenge them to hit a target.

I've sent Colin back to the retention facility he's supposed to be at a few times, but he comes back within a day or two. I think they've given up on trying to keep him.

I could think of a few ways to keep him from coming back for good.

Honestly, he'll probably find some way to get around that too. Believe me, I've tried to kill him before too.
