Note: Collin may occasionally respond instead of Bigby and I am treating him as a personal NPC since I don't see him fitting into the theme of the game. You may note if you definitely do not want Collin's shenanigans.

Cooking him and giving out his meat to the homeless would at least make his death more meaningful.

It is very easy to find drunk drivers and send them hurtling down all sorts of streets in the city. Even more so if you challenge them to hit a target.

Well, putting my foot down tends to be a slippery slope to me getting knocked unconscious. Or worse.

I've sent Colin back to the retention facility he's supposed to be at a few times, but he comes back within a day or two. I think they've given up on trying to keep him.

I could think of a few ways to keep him from coming back for good.
